The Commander of the Nine-Tailed-Fox named Raptor who has risen above the rest of them. He was once a part of the Nine-Tailed-Fox Counter Unit program and after one of his deployments where he heroically took out all the Chaos that arrived by himself saving the facility he was promoted to Commander. All of his peers respect him and his orders and are ready to do what he commands. When he is not helping secure SCP threats he enjoys his time at home with his two daughters, who are NOT the Detachment Reinforcements.
